Tengku Shah Marudin holds an Associate Specialized Degree in Business Management and a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies (UK). His involvement in the F&B industry in Malaysia goes as far back as 1988 when he was the Managing Director of the company which holds the franchise for A&W Malaysia. His experience in F&B then expanded to the running of a number of F&B outlets at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Airport, Sepang. Tengku Shah Marudin was the one manages the business of supplying packed food to various airlines in KLIA since it started its operations in 1988 and a Bistro in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur. Starting from the year 2000, Tengku Shah Marudin involved in the F&B operations of the PETRONAS Malaysian Grand Prix and other race events held at the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) by operating kiosks located at the grandstand and hill stand areas. Until today, he is still actively participates in events conducted by Sepang International Circuit (SIC). In addition, through his own experience, he provided consultancy services to Sheraton Subang Hotel & Towers when the hotel was appointed to operate the SIC corporate suites and some of the kiosks at the hillocks in the following year. In 2003, he headed a team to manage the entire F&B operations at the grandstand area providing meals for more than 30,000 spectators. Subsequent to this, Tengku Shah Marudin was involved as Operations Director with Allsports Services Sdn Bhd which managed F&B matters at SIC during the PMGP editions of 2004 through 2011. Mid of 2015, Tengku Shah Marudin took up a different challenge by getting involved in hospitality industry as Operations Director of Mono Circle Sdn Bhd, a company managing the NTL Holding Lounge in KLIA. The company is now planning to expand its business to KLIA2. He contributed substantially for the growth of the company. With his vast experience and innovative attitude that keen for new challenges, Tengku Shah Marudin expands his portfolio in 2016 as the Operations Director of Detik Temasek Sdn Bhd, a business specializes in providing marine facilities.
