GROUND HANDLING SUPERVISION
2.3 Supervision of Arrival Gate Handling
Our team will supervise the arrival handling of the flight. The handling includes:
2.3.1
Check of arrival information (ETA, passenger loads, cargo load, special handling, etc)
2.3.2
Briefing
2.3.3 Coordinate with avsec and immigration for special case
2.3.4 Staff ready at arrival gate 15mins before ETA (depending on the agreement)
2.3.5 Door opening
2.3.6 Retrieve aircraft documentation
2.3.7 Disembarkation clearance to cabin crew
2.3.8 Special assistance for WCHR, WCHC, WCHS, MAAS, UM, MEDA and VIP
2.3.9 Greet and guide passenger for CIQ, baggage claim and exit
2.3.10 Reconfirmation with cabin crew that all passengers disembarked.
2.3.11 Aircraft cabin cleaning
